Leading Hand - Production

Location:	Wyong NSW Central Coast
	We are currently looking for a motivated Leading Hand to join our Production team. Reporting directly to the Element Line Supervisors, you will work on the line to facilitate the workflow to ensure production deadlines are met.
Responsibilities	Your responsibilities will include: Organising materials for the day’s production Setting up machines, tooling and equipment to produce products Examining items produced to ensure the items meet product specifications and quality Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations Interpreting specifications and job orders to workers and assign duties Analysing and resolve work problems, or assist workers in resolving work problems Initiating plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals and maintain good morale in the workplace
	To be successful in this role you will: Have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment preferably with previous experience supervising a small team in a similar industry Be reliable with a good attendance record Be a confident leader and clear communicator Have exceptional people skills Be a strategic thinker who enjoys getting the best out of people
