PRODUCT MANAGER - HYDRAULIC FILTRATION

Position Summary	An opportunity currently exists for a dynamic & motivated individual to take on the role of Product Manager for the Company's range of mobile hydraulic filtration products. You will work as part of a team of Product Managers (based at Wyong on the Central Coast of NSW) & will be responsbile for driving all aspects of planning & marketing for the hydraulic filtration product portfolio including, new product introduction & product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities	* Developing a strategic product line plan to manage profitability & growth * Assessing new product opportunities in line with market requirements * Assisting in the development of new product concepts & design * Co-ordinating the intoduction & launch of new products * Conducting sales & margin analysis to ensure product line profitability * Working closely with Marketing to develop sales support resources & collateral * Providing technical product assistance & training to customers & sales team * Competitor analysis & advising on developing industry & market trends
Requirements	To be successful in this role you will hold the following skills: * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Enthusiastic, organised & self-motivated
	Ideally, the successful candiate will have product management experience and be tertiary qualified in business/marketing or mechanical engineering with an understanding of hydraulic systems &/or fluid dynamics. However, applicants with product management or marketing experience in a similar industry will also be highly considered.
