| LEADING HAND - AFTERNOON SHIFT

| Position Summary | Due to continual growth, the opportunity exists for an experienced Leading Hand to join our Afternoon shift Sheet Metal team. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will work within & support the department to facilitate workflow & ensure deadlines are met. | | Key Responsibilities | Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the efficient running of the Afternoon shift
* Setting up machines, tooling & equipment to product products
* Examine items produced to ensure the items are meet product specifications & quality
* Ensuring staff adhere to Company policies & Safety procedures
* Interpret specifications & assign daily duties
* Analyse & resolve any issues that may arise
* Initiate plans to motivate workers to achieve | | Requirements | To be successful for this role you will:
* Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within a fast paced manufacturing environment
* Be reliable & flexible
* Be a confident leader & a clear communicator
* Have expectional people skills
