Fume CollectorsIn welding operations, workers are in a daily contact with harmful weld fume particulate because weld fume is made up of 30 to 80 percent submicron-sized particles. That means that most of these particles are respirable (enter the lungs), which makes it critical to collect the weld fume before it reaches your welder's breathing zone.

Easy-Trunk™ and Porta-Trunk™ Source Collectors The Torit DCE Easy-Trunk and Porta-Trunk portable weld fume collectors with an 8-foot Flex-Trunk Fume Arm. The Easy-Trunk offers a compact size, high filtration efficiency, plug and go operation, and built-in filter cleaning for intermittent-duty to light production applications. Like the Easy-Trunk, the Porta-Trunk offers the same great features including a hinged door making filter access and maintenance easy. Both of them can easily fit through any standard doorway, just place into position, lock the brakes on the front casters, plug into the wall, flip a switch, and start welding.

Ambient (AT-3000) Collection System The Torit DCE AT-3000 is a self-contained, continuous cleaning ventilation system for use when source capture isn't possible. Ceiling mounting allows this unit to be placed in a wide variety of sites that were previously inaccessible to high-efficiency dust collectors. Ultra-Web® FR filter cartridges are the heart of the AT-3000 and ensures that only clean air is recirculated back to your plant.

Trunk 2000 (T-2000) Source Collector The Torit DCE T-2000 source collection system is designed to handle one or two welding stations using Flex-Trunk arms and recirculate clean air back to the workplace. It is designed for overhead mounting and is equipped with automatic pulse cleaning for continuous-duty production welding operations.

Weld Bench The Torit DCE Weld Bench combines a robust, #7 gauge work surface with high-efficiency Ultra-Web ¨ FR filter cartridges. The Weld Bench utilizes four Ultra-Web cartridges with highest filtration efficiency of 99.999% on 0.5 mm particles.

Flex-Trunk Plus™ and Flex-Trunk™ The Torit DCE Flex-Trunk Plus and Flex Trunk (FT-500) Source Collection arms capture and carry dust, fume, and mist away from the worker's breathing zone. Both arms are available as a stand-alone product in 7Õ to 14Õ lengths, and are the standard arm on all Torit DCE fume collector products. The Flex-Trunk arm is the easiest to position and requires the least maintenance of any arm on the market.
